Shop with Confidence
At Gemstone Jewelry Design we take customer service very serious. We want you to be able to shop with confidence and have the peace of mind that if for any reason your are not satisfied
with one of our products that you can return for a full refund less shipping. We make returns simple and easy.
Returns
1.First you need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Just contact us for a RMA request.
2. Once you have your RMA we recommend that you ship the package back with insurance. We are not responsible for any lost packages.
Write the RMA on the outside the package. Make sure it can be seen clearly. Custom orders are not returnable. You will be credited by the same way that you paid for the product. You can expect a full refund less shipping charges.
Ring Sizing
All our rings can easily be sized 2 sizes up or down, our standard stock size for a lady is 7 and 10 for a man. If
you are not sure that you want to keep the ring, please order in stock size and have a local jeweler size once you are sure
you are going to keep the ring. This avoids sizing charges.
Shipping
Currently we ship only in the U.S.A. and we only ship to the credit card billing address. Should you want a delivery to
your office, call your credit card company and add an alternate address. We ship through U.S. Postal Services and UPS for overnight
delivery.
Privacy
We have no interest in selling your information to a third party. Any information you give us is held for 30 days then destroyed.
Selling gemstone jewelry is the only interest we have.
